He will serve as President in 2024.
MANAHAWKIN, NJ – JANUARY 28, 2022 – Prime Management, Inc. AAMC® is proud to announce that Christopher Nicosia, MM, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® – Vice President and Chief Operating Officer was elected Vice President of the Community Associations Institute of NJ (CAI-NJ) for 2022 on Wednesday. The Vice President position is an automatic lockstep track to President in year three of the track.
As Vice President, Mr. Nicosia will work with the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Chapter Executive Director to update and implement the chapter’s strategic plan, set policy for the Chapter’s 2,500+ members and oversee education and advocacy efforts for the 6,000+ common-interest communities and 1,100,000 people that live and work in community associations throughout New Jersey while supporting Jeffrey Logan, Chapter President in his agenda for 2022.
When asked about his most recent accomplishment, Mr. Nicosia remarked, “I am honored to serve as CAI-NJ’s Vice President for 2022. Over the last nearly 20 years, I have dedicated my career to advancing the community association industry through education and advocacy. This new role and track will allow me to work even harder continuing to advance best practices and vital industry initiatives at the highest level. I am excited for the challenge and look forward to working with my colleagues on the board and chapter in addition to the various stakeholders throughout New Jersey to move our industry forward into the future.”
Mr. Nicosia’s term as Vice President begins immediately and runs through the end of 2022. In January 2023, Mr. Nicosia will automatically become President-Elect and in January 2024 will assume the role of President.
