Christopher Nicosia is President & Managing Partner of Prime Management and has twenty years of experience in residential and commercial association management and developer consulting services. Prior to his becoming an executive of the company, Mr. Nicosia was the community manager of a large 55+ active adult community within the Prime portfolio. Before joining the Prime team, Mr. Nicosia was an executive for another mid-sized property management company in New Jersey and has experience at various levels of corporate and community management. Additionally, Mr. Nicosia has extensive experience in construction oversight, association transition from developer to homeowner control, litigation support, building systems, facilities, and infrastructure management.
In addition, Mr. Nicosia is currently a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and currently serves as President-Elect on its Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Board of Directors, he was Vice Chair of the Managers Committee and part of the chapter’s Strategic Planning Task Force. He has also been published in Community Trends on topics relating to energy efficiency, LED lighting, budgeting, reserves and financial controls. As a trained mediator, he frequently provides ADR mediation services through CAI-NJ. Mr. Nicosia also speaks regularly on various topics related to the common-interest community industry and provides important educational seminars to management professionals for continuing education credits and advancement of designations. Mr. Nicosia is scheduled to present an educational session on Fiduciary Duties at the Community Associations Institute of New Jersey’s 2023 Annual Conference.
Mr. Nicosia received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in Music from Rutgers University in 2004. In 2008, he completed graduate studies earning a Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix. During his graduate studies, Mr. Nicosia authored over 75 peer-reviewed papers on topics of management, problem solving, and corporate strategy.
Mr. Nicosia is also a classically trained vocalist (tenor) and routinely performs throughout the NJ-NY-PA area with regular appearances at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in NYC, NJPAC, the Academy of Music in Philadelphia and other prestigious venues. He has had the opportunity to sing all over the world, including performances in various venues throughout Europe, Canada and the US.
Mr. Nicosia was trained and served as an Emergency Medical Technician for many years. Additionally, he completed two years of advanced pre-hospital healthcare training and education in Paramedic Sciences. Mr. Nicosia is also certified in the Incident Command System (ICS) – National Incident Management System (NIMS) for Large Scale Incident Management and is certified to “Train the Trainer” in Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings by the US Department of Homeland Security.
Mr. Nicosia resides at the shore with his wife and two children and enjoys family trips to Disney, golfing, DIY projects, and cooking for family and friends.

Leanne Roessler began working part-time at Prime Management in 2004. Over the years, Mrs. Roessler has fulfilled many functions in the corporate office, including the vital role as Prime’s Housing for Older Persons Act Compliance Associate. In this role, she was responsible for ensuring all census data obtained was maintained for our entire portfolio of Active Adult communities in compliance with Federal Law.
Throughout Leanne’s 18-year tenure with Prime Management, she has built a reputation for stellar customer service. She frequently travels off-site to help out in various communities and enjoys getting out from behind her desk to work with the residents in our communities.
In 2022, Leanne joined the leadership team of Prime as the Director of Customer Service. In her new role, Leanne oversees the Customer Service operations of the company, sets Customer Service policies and provides training to all team members on Prime’s core mission of World Class Customer service.
Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and superior customer service, Leanne is an integral part of the Prime family. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking, yoga, reading, running, gardening and her dogs.

Barbara Drummond founded Prime Management, Inc. in 1990 to fill a void in the community association industry. Up until that point, southern New Jersey lacked a local, high quality and affordable professional management company that could provide superior service without excessive cost. For over 25 years, she has kept Prime committed to that mission while expanding the primary coverage area and range of services it offers. Since inception, Barbara has branded Prime as a leader in innovation to the community association industry and continues to find new and creative ways to bring value-added services and world class customer service to her clients.
In 1995, Prime attained the prestigious AAMC (Accredited Association Management Company) designation, which is earned through a commitment to integrity, continuing education through professional development and the highest ethical standards. It is through Barbara’s unwavering commitment to excellence that this designation was earned.
Barbara began her career in the property management field over 30 years ago as a community manager for several of the Crestwood Village group of communities that totaled several thousand homes. During this time period, she became one of the first CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) credentialed managers in New Jersey. Later, she went on to continue her professional development and earned the coveted PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation, the highest designation achievable in the community association management industry. Barbara continues to advance her education through professional development and is considered one of NJ’s experts in community association management.
Barbara is also an accomplished educator and a regular speaker at Community Association Institute lectures and seminars. She has served as a panelist for the Senior Summit held annually; an in-service event that focuses on the 55+ active adult segment of the community association industry. She is highly respected and knowledgeable in all areas of community association management. As a member of the Legislative Action Committee of CAI, she reviews and takes action on legislation that affects NJ’s community associations on a state and federal level.
Barbara welcomes the opportunity to sit down and talk with prospective clients about their needs for community management and believes that we must earn our existing clients’ business every day. This perspective allows her to continually remain at the top of the industry year after year.
In her spare time, Barbara is an avid concert-goer and enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Darlene Anderson began with Prime in 2008 and brings over 18 years experience in the real estate industry to her role. Her extensive background in real estate sales, real estate development and home design has helped her be successful in her position as Assistant Community Manager.
In this role, Darlene provides support to the Community Manager with all the day to day operations, community website updates and also works in conjunction with various committees to accomplish projects for the Association. She is known for her polite demeanor and focus on exceptional customer service.

Joann DeMarco has been with Prime Management, Inc. since 2005 as our accounts receivable associate in the corporate office. In addition to her accounts receivable duties, she also handles all closing paperwork for home sales on behalf of every community in the Prime portfolio. Joann takes great pride in the work that she does for our residents and has received commendations from them during her tenure.
Throughout Joann’s 13 years with Prime Management, she has built a reputation for providing superior customer service to our clients as well as strong support to our community managers in the field.
When not at work, Joann enjoys time with her family and friends. She loves animals and is quite involved in helping with animal rescues and lost animals. She is also a motorcycle enthusiast as well as an antique car show competitor.
